Last Day of School - Will be May 23rd. Report Cards will be posted on Skyward Family Access on Friday, May 30th. Have an aWESome Summer Break!Jump Start Summer School - Will begin on Monday, July 21st and go through August 1st. A reminder postcard will be mailed to you a week or so before Jump Start begins.New Student Registration - New Student Registration will be on Wednesday, July 23rd and Thursday, July 24th. Stop by the WES office on those days to register for next school year.
"Meet Your Teacher" Night - Our "Back to School" Open House will be on Wednesday, August 6th. Kindergarten begins promptly at 5:00 pm. 1st -3rd grades will be Open House style from 6:00 - 7:0pm. Just a reminder to bring your child's school supplies that night.
First Day of School - The first day of school for the 2025-2026 school year is Friday, August 8th!

It is very important if making a transportation change to call the school office at 219-956-3221. If you need to call in a transportation change for the end of the day, please do so by 1:00 pm. We understand emergencies happen, but if you can call before 1:00 pm, it would be greatly appreciated!

School Day Times... Drop-Off 8:40 am - Classes start at 8:55 am. Dismissal Parent Pick-Up 3:25 pm with Bus Dismissal 3:35 pm. Late Start Wednesday Drop-Off 9:10 am - Classes start at 9:25 am.
For any 2-hour Delay including Wednesday - Drop-Off 10:40 am - Classes start at 10:55 am. Dismissal Parent Pick-Up 3:25 pm with Bus Dismissal 3:35 pm.

Due to the high volume of Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs we ask that you stay in your car at all times. A reminder that we dismiss at 3:25 PM for Parent Pick-Up. If any information such as address, phone number, or emergency contacts change for your child, please call the school office. This will help us keep students’ records up-to-date. Since we notify all households regarding delays or cancellations via Skyward Skylert (click here on how to keep Skylert information up-to-date), it is very important that we have the correct phone number especially if your child gets sick or gets hurt.
